BASIC HOME-FINDING TOURS
One
Full-Day
or Half-Day rental
tour of neighborhoods and pre-screened rentals in a specific geographic
area.
Preparation:

We find out the transferee’s
specific requirements and preferences.
|
|
We provide information about the
neighborhoods and the current rental market.
|
|
We coach the transferee in
preparing an application packet that will have landlords choose them over other
applicants.
|
|
We research, call landlords,
pre-screen rental units and schedule showings. (Approximately 6 to 8 hours of
research, calling, scheduling and prescreening.)

Rental Tour:
|
We take the transferee to
see pre-screened rentals and neighborhoods—usually 5 to 10, on the
Half-Day Tour and 9 to 15 on the Full Day Tour depending
on what matches their needs in the current rental market.

We ongoingly adjust the tour to
what is wanted and needed.
|
|
We assist the transferee to
evaluate, select and apply for rentals.
|
After Rental Tour:
|
If a rental doesn't secure a
rental on the
tour day, we provide resources and coaching so they can efficiently and successfully
continue the search on their own.
