COMPREHENSIVE HOME-FINDING TOUR
PACKAGE
This is our most requested service because we
"do it all" for the transferee until they sign a lease for a rental home
they love. A half-day rental tour,
plus ongoing service until a
rental home is secured and the lease is signed.
Preparation:
 |
We find out the transferee’s
specific requirements and preferences; we answer all of their questions and
concerns.

|
We give them information about the
neighborhoods and the rental market.
|
|
We coach them in
preparing an application packet that will have landlords choose them over other
applicants.
|
|
We pull listings that fit their wants and needs, call landlords,
pre-screen rental units and schedule showings. (Approximately 6 to 8 hours of
research, calling, prescreening and scheduling.)

Rental Tour:
|
We take the transferee to
see prescreened rentals and neighborhoods—usually 8 to 12 rentals depending
on the current availability.

|
We show them the cities and neighborhoods they want to see. |
|
We ongoingly adjust the tour to
any changes in what they want and need.
|
|
We assist the them to
evaluate, select and apply for a rental home of their choice and negotiate
terms.
|
Ongoing Service:
|
If a rental does not select a
rental home on the
tour day, we continue to research daily; we continue to pre-screen
apartments/homes and schedule appointments.
|
|
We
take or send them to scheduled showings until a rental home is secured. |
|
We
work with the transferee and landlord until the lease process is complete.
This usually takes no longer than one week. |
