Betty Granoff, Founder, Owner
Betty Granoff relocated from Washington, D.C. to Los Angeles in 1977. After 9 years managing national magazines, she moved to The San Francisco Bay Area. She spent 4 years on the staff of The Hunger Project, coaching volunteers throughout the country to achieve breakthrough results. She then worked 7 years as property manager for large Victorian apartment buildings in San Francisco, empowering resident managers to produce 0% vacancy rates and managing vendors to do complete and quality renovations and repairs on deadline. Since founding Breakthrough Consulting in 1996, she has used her deep understanding of the wants and needs of landlords and her extensive experience and training in producing breakthrough results to coach her agents in their work with our clients. Robbie Christian, Rental Specialist
Robbie Christian has worked in the California real estate market since 1997, giving her a keen eye for detail and a talent for finding and placing clients in charming, unique rental homes and apartments within their price range. Carol Grainger is a Bay Area native who began working in real estate in 1994.  Although she knows the entire Bay Area well, Carol specializes in San Francisco, the East Bay, the South Bay (Upper Peninsula) and the North Bay (Marin County).
