Betty Granoff relocated
from Washington, D.C. to Los Angeles in 1977. After 9 years managing national
magazines, she moved to The San Francisco Bay Area. She spent 4 years on the staff of The Hunger Project,
coaching volunteers throughout the country to produce breakthrough results.
She then worked 7 years as property manager for large Victorian apartment
buildings in San Francisco, empowering resident managers to produce 0% vacancy
rates and managing vendors to do complete and quality renovations and repairs on
deadline. Since founding
Breakthrough Consulting in 1996, she has used her deep understanding of the
wants and needs of landlords and her extensive experience and training in
producing breakthrough results to
coach her agents in their work with our clients.

Francesca Gentille's 16 years in
communication and support services has
given her a thorough, compassionate and supportive manner that is highly
effective in addressing the desires and concerns of rental clients seeking to
move to the San Francisco Bay Area. In
her role as Manager of Client Relations her familiarity with the rental process
and rental market make her adept at matching each client with the ideal

leadership, as well as having relocated across the country several times, give
