We promise you and your transferees will be delighted with our services.  Call or email us, even if none of the services listed below meet your needs. We’ll design a package that meets your wants, needs and budget. 

Candidate’s Tour:  For people considering a new job or transfer to Northern California, the Greater San Francisco Bay Area, or Sacramento. We design each tour to give the transferee the information they need to empower their choice, including prescreened sample rental properties that fit their requirements and preferences.

Area Orientation Tours:  A half-day tour of a specific area in Northern California (San Francisco, North Bay, Inner East Bay, Outer East Bay, Peninsula, South Bay or Sacramento) plus sample rentals that fit the transferee’s criteria. Given the large geographic scope of the Greater San Francisco Bay Area & Northern California, this is ideal for transferees who want to narrow down the cities they want to consider living in before they go on their home-finding tour.

Short-Term Corporate Housing: We’ll enable you to secure the rental sight-unseen or we’ll take the transferee (or your corporate representative) to see the best places so they can select their favorite.  We will locate the best deals for you.

Comprehensive Home-Finding Package: A rental tour of neighborhoods and prescreened rentals, plus the agent working for and with the transferee until they sign a lease.  This is our most popular service.   Our agent will work diligently with your transferee until they sign the lease for their new rental home. 

Home-Finding Tour:  A tour of neighborhoods and prescreened rentals. Coaching and access to future listings is provided if a rental is not secured that day:

Move-In Services:  Our representatives will unpack and put away everything for your very busy transferee, plus whatever additional service they would like to enable them to effortlessly move into their new home. For example: fill the refrigerator with food, set up the home entertainment system, meet the cable guy to get service set up, etc.

Settling-In Services:  Designed for people relocating from another country.  Our agent will take the transferee to get their Social Security Card, Driver’s License or California I.D. and Bank Account(s).

Full Executive Family Package:  Includes any or all of our services focusing on the special needs of a busy executive and their family.

Schools Consultation Package:  Our Expert Educational Consultant will meet with the transferee and their child to give her recommendations for private or parochial schools.  She can also represent the child to ensure acceptance into the school of their choice, visits to school, etc. 

Home Purchasing Program:  We work with a network of experienced hand-picked Relocation Specialists all over the Greater San Francisco Bay Area who are dedicated to your transferee purchasing a home they love for the best possible price.

Customized Package:  Need 2 rental tours? Need assistance in more than one area for the same person? Need special assistance to find a pet-friendly landlord? Whatever your client needs, we will design a service package specifically for them and their budget.
